Short, because there isn't much to say.

What we store

The flight details you enter, the verdict computed from them, and — if you buy a kit — your name, postal address and booking reference, because they go into the letters. Plus your email and a PayPal order reference.

What we don't

We never see or store card details; PayPal handles payment end to end. No advertising trackers, nothing sold to anyone, no profile built about you.

Who can read your claim

Your kit lives at a private link with 24 bytes of random entropy in it. Anyone holding that link can read the claim — including your address and booking reference — so treat it as a private document. It is not indexed and search engines are told not to crawl it.

The model

Your flight facts and name are sent to OpenAI to draft the letters. They are not used to train models. Eligibility itself never goes near a model — it is computed by deterministic code you can audit.

Deleting it

With an account, the × next to any claim removes it. Paid claims keep only the order record for accounting; the personal details go. Without an account, email us the private link and we'll delete it the same day.

Email

We currently send no marketing email at all. Claim reminders are built but not switched on; when they are, they will be about your own claim and easy to stop.
