The deal, in plain words.
What you're buying
$19, once, for one disrupted flight and every passenger on it: the claim letter, the submission path, the escalation pack, the deadline sheet and the tracker. There is no subscription.
We are not your lawyer
FlightOwe is an information service, not a law firm and not your legal representative. We tell you what the rules say and give you the letters — you file your own claim and keep everything you recover.
We never touch your money
The airline pays you directly. We take no commission and have no claim on anything you recover — which is the entire point of the flat fee.
What we can't promise
An outcome. Airlines refuse valid claims, and some disputes end up in front of a regulator or a small-claims court. What we promise is that the verdict reflects the rules as they are, with the reasoning shown, so you can decide with your eyes open.
Accuracy and your facts
The verdict is computed from what you tell us — the delay length, the route, the cause the airline gave. If those are wrong the verdict will be too. The airline is entitled to contest the cause, and often will.
Refunds
If the kit is unusable — wrong jurisdiction, letters that don't match your flight — email us and we'll refund you. If you simply lost the claim, we can't: you bought the letters, and you got them.
